Characteristics and uses:
The leaves of this bamboo are dark green and hairless, they are between 15 to 28cm long and 3 to 6cm wide.
This hardy bamboo is especially suitable for use in borders, groups or in single clumps.
The word “tsuboiana” is a reference to the famous Japanese botanist Isuke Tsuboi. This bamboo is also called: Sasaella tsuboiana.
