Properties and uses:
The Lace back pine is very rare. It is sought after by collectors because its bark is made up of greyish green or crimson red plates like those of the plane tree. Sit has a tendency to become bushy in shape. It also has fine dark green needles. This pine can be grown alone or in small groups.
