Characteristics and Uses:
This lovely shrub produces beautiful perfumed white flowers from July to September. It is a vigorous plant with shiny dark green leaves. Plant alone or within hedges or flowerbeds.

Escallonia macrantha, deep pink or red blossom depending on the type, shiny green leaves.
Escallonia organiensis 'Aureovariegata', deep pink blossom in summer, green variegated leaves, with vivid yellow, hardy to -5°C.
