Area of origins: Hybrid F.suspensa x F.viridissima. First developed 1880.
Adult Dimensions: Height up to 3m (9.8'), width up to 2m (6.6').
Soil Type: All but dislikes too much lime
Hardiness: Hardy to -29°C.
Exposure: Full sun.
Properties and uses:
One of the first plants to flower in spring. It brightens up parks and gardens of any size, planted alone or within flowerbeds. The cut branches in winter will flower inside.
