The Chinese fountain grass produces lovely decorative flowers at the end of the summer. The silky brush shaped spikes that can be pink or silver in colour will last through much of the winter. They can also be cut and used for flower arranging.
The Chinese fountain grass can be grown as a lone specimen, in a group or as part of a bed. This ornamental grass is also very elegant when grown in a planter.
