Characteristics and uses:
This Clematis is evergreen. Grown on a trellis, it is the ideal plant to create privacy. Its small white flowers appear in the spring, and have a wonderful vanilla scent.

It benefits from having its roots in the shade and the stems in the sun: it will thrive with light regular watering and mulching. Pruning allows the plant to spread out and become more vigorous, especially after very cold winters.
