Properties and uses:
Mint tea is always appreciated, whatever the mint variety. The leaves have a very specific fragrance which will bring perfume to your garden as early as Spring. In the mint family, there are several varieties, each with their own fragrance, but they all have aromatic and digestive benefits.
You can use the leaves – fresh or dried – to bring savour to your drinks or fruit salads. They can also be used in homemade potpourri.
They can be planted in an aromatic garden or to perfume the flower beds. They will look great planted in containers on your balcony.
