Properties and uses:
The grape vine ‘Cabernet Franc’ is an ancient variety. Today, it is largely cultivated in the Gironde area, for its good yield and resistance to diseases. This vine will produce a middle-sized, black, juicy and sweet grape, ready to be harvested in October.
This variety is auto fertile and winter cold resistant.

Description of the fruit:
Compact, middle-sized, black grapes.
The pulp is sweet and juicy.

Our advice:
This Vine should be planted between October and November, and pruned in early winter, to get rid of the shoots which bore fruits during the season. Do not hesitate to cut off some leaves during the summer, to encourage the fruit production.

Plant them now: the shortest way to your plate is through your garden!
