Characteristics and uses:
Parsley is the most widespread aromatic herb. The flat-leaved Parsley is more flavoursome than the curly-leaved Parsley. The curly variety is more decorative in the garden as well than in the plates. Parsley leaves are rich in vitamins A and C.
Parsley can be grown in a pot, in the vegetable plot or directly in the garden.
