Properties and uses:
The Tamarix ramosissima alba, commonly named Tamarisk or Saltcedar, is a beautiful and elegant bush. Sprays of tiny white flowers bloom on feathery stems, giving the tree a magnificent look from mid-summer to early autumn.
The Spring Tamarisk would go well with it, to offer your garden a continuous blossoming, from spring to autumn. And for more colors, you can also associate it with the Summer pink tamarisk for a magnificent result.
Tamarisk is well adapted to coastlines as it is salt tolerant and grows in sandy soil. It can also be used as a good windbreak.
