Adult dimensions: Height up to 6 metres.
Foliage: Deciduous.
Soil Type: Any, moist and well drained.
Hardiness: Hardy to -20°C.
Exposure: Light shade to full sun.

Properties and uses:
It blossoms in May/June and again in September. Its pink flowers about twenty centimetres in diameter, and its small fruits are very decorative. Its rapid growth and its abundance of flowers make it an ideal plant for a tub, to cover a wall or on a pergola. It also likes to grow around a shrub or a hedge.
The Clematis likes to have its roots in the shade and its head in the sun. It thrives on light regular watering and mulching. Pruning will help it to develop its branches and reinvigorate itself after very cold winters.
