Sweet Mock Orange- English Dogwood - Philadelphus coronarius (latin)

Geographical origin: Europe, Asia.

Properties and uses:
The Sweet Mock Orange is a close relative to the Philadelphus. It is also called ‘poets’ Jasmine’ thanks to its flowers’ fragrance close to the Jasmine and orange blossom’ scent. Its blossom is spectacular in June when the shrub is covered with big, pure white flowers which will fill your garden with fragrance! It is shown at its best planted on its own, in a flowering bed or in a flowering hedge.
