Properties and uses:
The Post Oak is a small Oak from the white Oak family. Its hard, tough wood is resistant against wood- eating insects. Its three terminal lobes leaves are shaped much like a Maltese Cross. Ideal used as a shade providing tree in small gardens, it can also be planted as a row.
