Properties and uses:
The Asparagus Fern Sprengeri has superb vaporous foliage without equal. Its weeping shape makes it an ideal candidate to grow in hanging pots or on windowsills. It will also thrive in a conservatory where it will fully enjoy the excellent luminosity that reigns.


Looking after advice:

The Asparagus Fern Sprengeri thrives in bright spots, without being exposed directly to sun rays.
- On the other hand, it hates draught.
- Water abundantly, but do let the earth ball dry out in between two watering.
- Give it a light dose of fertiliser every fortnight from May to September.
- Use a water mister on its foliage if the air is too dry.
- Re-potting is only ever useful when the roots become pot bound, using a mix of compost and loam.
