Properties and uses:
Sedum acre, commonly known as the Goldmoss stonecrop, Biting stonecrop or even Wallpepper, is a perennial groundcover plant. It is the perfect choice for rock gardens, green roofs or to cover any dry, sunny area.
Sedum acre is a simple solution to revegetate difficult soil types without much maintenance. It thrives in extreme conditions and is exceptionally resistant to drought and poor soils.
Sedum acre is also admired for its succulent, bright green foliage that forms a dense carpet-like mat. At the start of summer, a multitude of tiny, star-shaped, bright yellow flowers bloom, illuminating the garden and attracting pollinator insects such as bees.
