Spotted laurel 'Crotonifolia' - Aucuba japonica 'Crotonifolia' (latin)

Areas of Origin: Japan, Formosa, Korea. Introduced into Europe in 1783.
Adult Dimensions: Height up to 2 metres, width up to 2 metres (6.6').

Foliage: Evergreen.
Soil Type: Dislikes lime.

Hardiness: Tolerant to -10°C.
Exposure: Semi-shade.


Properties and uses:
The thick glossy leaves green with yellow markings and bright red oval fruits are green throughout the winter making this a very attractive shrub.
Very vigorous it can be planted alone or in a group.
