New Zealand Flax 'Rainbow Queen' - Phormium 'Rainbow Queen' (latin)

Geographical origin: New Zealand.
Adult dimensions: Height up to 1.20 m, width up to 1.50 m.

Properties and uses:
The New Zealand Flax 'Rainbow Queen' has magnificent, arching, coppery green foliage veined with pink. It is also grown for its erect blossom of red spikes in summer.
The New Zealand Flax 'Rainbow Queen' is ideal in flowering beds, mixed with Cordylines and ornamental grasses, or grown on its own. It can also be grown in a pot to be able to bring it under shelter in areas with cold winters.
