Each year Planfor sends out millions of plants throughout Western Europe.
Whether it is a single order or a bulk order, Planfor has at its disposal a network of transporters able to handle all situations.
Plants are prepared by our specialists so that they are shipped in the optimal conditions for freshness and preservation, whatever the season, whatever the destination.

Postage and packing costs

Delivery charges are automatically calculated based on the items chosen. Do not forget to indicate the country for delivery.

Method of transport

Deliveries are carried out by the transporter GLS, Coliposte or another specialist transport company.
The delivery method is up to you except for certain products or destinations.

Delivery by GLS:
- All parcels must be signed for. GLS does not deliver on Saturday.
- You can track your parcel via the internet.
- If no one is present at the time of delivery, the transporter will leave a card allowing you to contact him to arrange a new delivery date. It is important that you provide us with a telephone number where you can be reached. Once you have confirmed your order you can contact us directly to give any particular instructions relating to the delivery (leave parcel with neighbor, key code for entrance gate etc).

Delivery by Coliposte:
- Parcels do not require a signature on delivery. Coliposte delivers on Saturday.
- You can track your parcel via the internet.
- Deliveries are carried out by your postman or Coliposte directly. In the case of absence at the time of delivery, your parcel will be kept for you at your local post office.
Note: In the case of postal deliveries, an incomplete or wrong address will systematically mean that the parcel is returned to Planfor. In this case, an additional postage charge will be incurred to resend the item.

Delivery by a specialist transport company:
In the case of large bulky items, Planfor uses a specialist transport company. The transporter will contact you directly to arrange a delivery time and ask for any additional information required such as directions or access. All parcels will require a signature on delivery.

Planfor reserves the right to change the delivery method if it deems necessary. You will be notified of this by email when your order is dispatched.

Delivery destination

Once the billing address has been entered, you can change the delivery address if it is different.
If the name and address are different (for example a present or gift), we will attach a card showing who sent the parcel rather than attach the invoice.
If you want to change your delivery address after having confirmed the order, you must contact Planfor as soon as possible. If your parcel has already been dispatched then no change to the delivery address will be possible.

Irrespective of the choice of carrier, deliveries always take place at the property's boundary. Deliverymen are under no obligation of leaving the parcels in the garden or on a wished floor without the request being made beforehand. This additional service could be charged by the carrier.

Dispatch

Date of dispatch
We can only control the dispatch date and not the delivery date. You can send us an email requesting a specific dispatch date for your order.

Dispatch times and delivery times
Your order will usually be prepared in the 48 to 72 hours following receipt of your payment. The transporter will deliver it within 4 to 6 working days.

Certain items will be dispatched directly from our suppliers. They may have longer lead times. This is always stated in the item description. By reducing wasted journeys, we are effectively reducing the CO2 emissions.

Depending on the items that you have ordered you may receive a number of different parcels from different suppliers at different times.

Notification of dispatch
On the day that your parcel is dispatched an email will be sent showing:
- the number of parcels making up the order
- a link so that you can track the progress of your parcel

Order tracking
For items sent by GLS or Coliposte, you can track your order by clicking on the tab Follow my order, or by clicking on the link contained in the email that you received.
