Characteristics and uses:
The Bugle Lily is a bulbous, perennial, highly graphical plant from the Lily’s family.
This Bugle Lily forms a clump of sword-shaped leaves, and in the centre grows a long showy spike covered with flowers in early spring.
The bell-shaped flowers of the Bugle Lily ‘Peach Glow’ are a peachy orange, and blossom from bottom to top, from April to July.
The Watsonia variety can be grown in flower beds or in rockeries on the coastline, but it needs to be planted in pots in areas with cold winters.
