The Rose 'Rhapsody in Blue'® is a shrub Rose with a very unusual shade. Its semi-double flowers are intense mauve with yellow stamen. This previously unseen shade compliments perfectly white flowering shrubs in beds and borders, for a superb, contrasting effect.
