Properties and uses:
The Lilac 'Katherine Havemeyer' blossoms in April- May in long panicles of double, extremely fragrant, mauve flowers. They will easily ornate your spring bouquets. This quick growing shrub with its erect shape is a 'must have' in our gardens. It is best planted on its own, in a group or mixed in a hedge or a flowering bed.
