Japanese water Iris 'Momozomo' - Iris ensata 'Momozomo' (latin)

Geographical origin: China, Japan.
Adult Dimensions: Height up to 90 cm. spread up to 60cm.

Characteristics and uses:
The flowers of the Japanese Iris 'Momozomo' are a beautiful pale pink with darker pink veins and yellow throats.
The Japanese water Iris thrives in a moist to wet soil. It can be planted along the edges of a pond of stream. From June to August, it adorns big, highly coloured flowers which open flat. Cut the flowering stalks at the end of blossom and clean the clump at the end of winter.
