Sage -

Salvia officinalis (latin)

Sage - Salvia officinalis

Type of soil: Light and well drained.

Sowing time: March to September.

Harvest time: July to November.

Site: Full sun.

Sow in trays: Sow the seeds at regular intervals and cover with a fine layer of soil. Firm down and water. Keep the tray in a light warm spot until the plants are well developed. Plant out in the vegetable patch with a plant every 40cm.

Care: Water only if there is a drought. Harvest the end of stems as required.
