'Gros des vertus 4' Savoy Cabbage - Brassica oleracea sabauda (latin)

Hardy, semi-hasty variety with a good yield, suited for autumn harvests.
The head is round, slightly flattened.
The bluish-green leaves around the heart are grossly puckered.


Type of soil: Rich, moist, and well-drained.
Sowing time: From March to May.
Harvest time: From August to December.
Site: Full sun.


Sowing technique:
- Sow in rows ½ cm deep and 20 cm apart.
- Transplant 6 to 8 weeks after sowing, keeping seedlings 50 cm apart.
- Protect from flea beetle when growing.


Care:
- Water generously during summer.
- Hoe frequently.
- Protect from caterpillars.
- Harvest from August regularly as needed.
