Dog Rose Jam

Dog Rose Jam: Also known as “Itchy Bottom� jam in France! But rest assured in this recipe all the itching powder has been removed... It would be a real treat on toasted bread for breakfast or mixed with cottage cheese as a dessert.

For 100g of finished product:
- Wild Roses (Dog Roses)
- Sugar
- Gelling Agent: fruit pectin
- Acidifier: concentrated lemon juice


Made with 55g of fruit
Total sugar content: 61 g
