Cucumber Raider hyb. F1

Vigorous variety with a good yield.
The fruit is approximately 20 cm long, regular, and dark green.
The flesh is dense, juicy and with an excellent flavour.
This variety is suited to growing outdoor in fields.


Type of soil: Moist, light, and rich.
Sowing time: From April to June.
Harvest time: From June to September.
Site: Full sun.


Sowing technique:
- Sow in pods in a cold frame in March/April or outdoor in May, 1 cm deep.
- Transplant 2 to 3 weeks after growth, keeping seedlings 75 cm apart.


Care:
- Water generously, avoid watering the leaves.
- Hoe frequently.
- Spread mulch at the feet to keep moist and encourage a good crop.
- Harvest keeping the peduncle for better conservation.
