After mixed-weather this summer, the sun will it be back in the autumn?
We can only hope so as nature always looks for the right balance. In any case, the return to gardening duties is looking good. A lot of plants have made the most of the humid weather in developing and growing. It will be probably necessary to cut back the ones that have grown too much, unless they are spring flowering shrubs. As for Roses, it is also the right time to do a light pruning, called "summer pruning". It is really a simple task: cut all the withered roses and you will get other buds!
