Type of soil: Dry, warm and well aerated.

Sowing time: April May.

Harvest time: May to October.

Site: Full sun.

Sow directly in the ground: Make some furrows that are 1 to 2cm deep and 30cm apart. Sew the seeds a few centimetres apart. Cover with fine soil and firm down then water. Keep the soil moist until they come through. Once the plants are 10cm high, thin them out so there is a plant every 25cm.

Care: Water sparingly and keep weed free. Harvest the herb as required. To prevent them flowering, trim the stems once they reach 20cm in length.
