Harvest time: April to October.
Site: Partial shade to full sun.
Sow directly in the ground:
Sow the seeds at regular intervals in furrows that are 1 to 2cm deep. Cover with fine soil, firm down and water.
Water regularly but moderately. Cut the chives at ground level as required.
