Preserved Black Truffles: To ensure that the maximum flavour and aroma of the truffles are kept, they are only sterilised once.
Ingredients:
- Tuber melanosporum, either in pieces or whole truffles,
- Truffle juice,
- Salt.
Storage life: More than 2 years.
How to use:
Drain off the truffle juice from the jar (and save it).
To make fine slithers, put the jar in the freezer for about twelve minutes or so beforehand.
