Pollen contains elements essential to the start and growth of plants. It is gathered from the stamen of blossoms by bees, which bring back this biological treasure to the bee hive in order to enrich the colony’s feeding.

Full of substances important to life, we recommend eating pollen at breakfast time with honey or yoghurt.
