Fig Jam

Fig Jam: All the flavours of summer on your slice of bread! The more gourmand amongst you might like to try it with foie gras and gingerbread. This jam has a creamy texture sprinkled with crunchy seeds which is bound to please even the most sophisticated palates.

- Figs
- Sugar
- Gelling agent: fruit pectin
- Acidifier: concentrated lemon juice

Made with 55g of fruits

Total sugar content: 61 g
