Description: Cactus, tabularis ball

 Tabularis Ball Cactus - Cactus notocactus tabularis (latin)

Area of origin: Uruguay.
Adult Dimensions: Up to 6 cm in diameter and up to 8 cm in height.
Soil Type: Avoid too much moisture, provide extra drainage if necessary.  Dislikes lime. 
Exposure:  Good sunlight but not burning heat.
Watering: In winter, none summer regularly.
Over-wintering: Maintain at temp between 0 and 5°C and avoid environments that are too wet.  Can sometimes tolerate temperatures to -10°C if sheltered.



 Characteristics and Uses:  This round cactus produces a beautiful salmon pink flower in summer that can measure up to 5cm in diameter and length.
