Characteristics and Uses : The winter becomes violet! This shrub displays colours which are normally missing from your garden in winter. The pearl, or sweet-like fruits appear in October and last until December. For the best fruiting they should be planted in groups of 3. The foliage is tinted gold with pink or violet marks and is a beautiful addition to any garden. One could almost forget that this shrub flowers with a lovely display of racemes of pink flowers in June and July.
